LK Real Estate is a real estate agency.
The Goal
The goal was a walkthrough video for an oceanfront listing, run as a Meta ad to give potential buyers a closer, room-by-room look at the property with the agent speaking to camera.
What I Delivered
LK Real Estate supplied the footage; I built the edit, cutting between property B-roll and the agent walking through and talking about each room, along with sound design, music selection and audio cleanup.
The Story
The edit moves room to room through the property, cutting between B-roll of the space and the agent standing in each room explaining what it offers.
