Three Ways To Work Together

Real pricing depends on what you actually need, so I scope it per job rather than publishing a menu. Here are the three shapes it usually takes.

Single Edit
One video, quoted per job

One standalone video, whatever the format, scoped and priced before anything starts.

  • ✓ Concept, strategy and script writing included
  • ✓ Standard motion graphics and captions
  • ✓ One revision round included
  • ✕ Batch pricing across multiple pieces
  • ✕ Priority turnaround
  • ✕ Performance check-ins
  • ✕ A growing asset library
  • ✕ First call on new ideas
Suitsa stand-alone ad, a one-off brand piece, a single video you need done right.
Ongoing retainer content, a steady stream of work
Retainer
For existing clients, ongoing work

For clients I'm already working with who want a steady stream of content rather than a one-off.

  • ✓ A set amount of work every week or month, no re-quoting
  • ✓ The most cost-effective rate available
  • ✓ Priority turnaround, since the relationship's already established
  • ✓ Regular check-ins on how each piece is landing, so the next one builds on what worked
  • ✓ A growing library of your own footage and AI assets, faster and cheaper to work from over time
  • ✓ First call on any idea I think could work for you
Suitsongoing social content, a regular podcast or channel, live ad campaigns.
Simple Cut (Low Fidelity)
For when budget comes before production value

Not every job needs the full process behind it. If you've got a message to get out and a tighter budget to do it on, this is dialogue or voiceover cut over B-roll with clean, simple subtitles. No concept work, no motion graphics, just the message put together properly. Order one video or a batch of them.

How A Project Actually Runs

Five stages, with your input built in at the two points that actually matter, so the final product is never a surprise.

1
Scope & Kickoff

Send me what you've got, or if you're starting with nothing, we jump on a call and talk through your ideas. Either way, I work out a real plan and a real price on that same call, not a quote that turns up days later.

2
Research & Concept

I dig into your ICP, brand, socials and website, your brand kit if you've got one, and take a look at your competitors. From there I write the concept and the script, and nothing moves to production until you've signed off on it.

3
Production

Editing, AI generation, motion graphics and AI voice, whatever the job needs, once the direction's locked in. If you're filming your own footage, this is where that comes together too.

4
First Cut Review

You see a locked cut: real timing, music, shot selection and layout, not just a rough draft, and you tell me what needs adjusting before it's called finished.

5
Final Delivery

Delivered with the revision round included in your scope, so you're never stuck with a product you're not happy with. Anything beyond that gets scoped and quoted as an add-on.

Turnaround depends on scope and how quickly you respond at the review stages. Retainer clients get priority, front of the queue, but every package still gets a fast, realistic timeline. I'll confirm a real timeline at Scope & Kickoff.

Anything outside the agreed scope, or priority delivery, gets quoted separately.
