The Goal
The goal was to promote an oceanfront listing and generate buyer interest, run as a Meta ad to drive traffic to the listing.
What I Delivered
LK Real Estate supplied the footage; I built the edit, a cinematic montage with a short piece of dialogue from the agent, along with sound design, music selection and audio cleanup.
The Story
The video opens on a drone shot as the agent says "Welcome to paradise," then moves through cinematic montage shots of the oceanfront property, closing on the agent sitting on the balcony with a coffee, overlooking the water.
