The Client
Bitton is a premium French-Australian artisan condiments brand, run by founder David Bitton and built on the idea of French technique paired with Australian ingredients.
The Goal
This is one of several videos in the same Meta ads campaign, each one a founder-led talking-head hook with David introducing a different Bitton product. The goal across the campaign is driving sales through their online store.
What I Delivered
The client supplied raw talking-head footage of David with no script and no B-roll at all, essentially "see what you can do with this." I built an editing plan to organise his talking points into a coherent video and picked out the strongest section to use as the hook. Since there was no B-roll to work with, I generated it entirely with AI. The finished edit covers captions, subtitles, graphics and motion graphics, that AI-generated B-roll, and the sound design, music selection and audio cleanup that comes with any edit.
The Story
David explains that this is Bitton's most unusual product, since his own background is French rather than Asian, yet here he is making an Asian-style dressing, a personal, surprising angle rather than a straight product pitch. The hardest part was the AI-generated B-roll: the dressing is actually a thick, near-black glaze, closer to a balsamic reduction than the lighter amber colour it might suggest in a bottle, so getting the real colour, the actual labels and the consistency right, and making it look genuinely appetising rather than obviously AI-generated, took real work.
Tell me what you're trying to make. No pitch, just a straight answer on whether I can help and what it would cost.
