Baywater Homes - Brand Video

Baywater Homes is a home building business.

The goal was to showcase one of their completed properties as organic content for their own social channels.

Baywater Homes supplied all the footage; I built the edit, a handful of drone shots followed by a walkthrough montage through the home's different rooms, along with sound design, music selection and audio cleanup.

The video opens on drone shots of the property before moving inside for a room-by-room walkthrough montage of the finished home.
